Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values sharply lower on light demand and heavy offerings.
Select and Choice rib, chuck, round, and loin cuts weak to lower. Beef
trimmings sharply lower on light demand and very heavy offerings.

05/03 - New York Daily Eggs
Prices are steady.  Trade sentiment is mostly steady to at times lower.
Supplies are moderate to instances heavy. The New York shell egg inventory
is 6 percent more than a week ago.  Offerings are light to moderate. Demand
is usually moderate.  Market activity is slow to moderate.
