Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values firm on Choice and weak on Select on light to moderate 
demand and offerings. Choice rib, chuck, round and loin cuts steady to firm
while Select mostly steady to weak. Beef trimmings mostly slightly to
moderately higher on moderate demand and offerings.
