Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values lower on light to moderate demand and offerings.
Select and Choice chuck and loin cuts steady while rib and round cuts mostly
weak. Beef trimmings were steady to weak on light demand and moderate
offerings.

Prices are 1 cent higher for Extra Large and Large, unchanged on Medium. Trade
sentiment is steady to instances higher. Supplies are light to mostly moderate
for trade needs. Offerings are light to moderate. Demand into all channels is
moderate to fairly good. Market activity is moderate.
