Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values firm to higher on moderate demand and light to
moderate offerings. Select and Choice chuck, round and loin cuts steady to
firm. Choice rib cuts higher while Select steady. Beef trimmings slightly
higher on moderate demand and offerings.
