Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values firm on moderate demand and light offerings. Select 
and 
Choice rib, round, and loin cuts steady to weak. Choice chuck cuts higher while 
Select steady. Beef trimmings higher on moderate demand and light offerings.

Weekly Egg Sets for the week ending 11/15 - 214 million, up 2% from eggs sets a 
year ago. Chick placement week ended 11/15- 168 million, up 1% from a year ago.

11/24    New York Eggs
Prices are 2 cents higher on all sizes.  Trade sentiment is steady 
to higher.  Supplies are light  to moderate, lighter on larger sizes.           
  
Offerings are light.  Demand is fairly good to good.  Market activity 
is active.
