Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values weak to lower on light demand and offerings. Select 
And Choice rib, chuck, round and loin cuts weak to lower. Beef trimmings higher 
on moderate demand light to moderate offerings.
