Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values lower to sharply lower on light demand and light to 
moderate offerings. Select and Choice rib cuts steady while round and loin cuts 
weak. Choice chuck cuts lower while Select steady. Beef trimmings lower on 
moderate demand and heavy offerings.
