Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values firm on light to moderate demand and light offerings.
Select and Choice chuck and round cuts firm while rib and loin items weak to 
lower. Beef trimmings firm on light demand and offerings compared to last 
Thursday.
