Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout sharply lower on light demand and moderate offerings. Select
and Choice rib cuts steady while chuck, round and loin items lower to sharply
lower. Beef trimmings lower on light to moderate demand and moderate offerings.
