Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values higher on Choice and steady on Select on light to 
moderate demand and offerings. Select and Choice rib, chuck, loin and round 
cuts steady to firm. Beef trimmings mostly moderately higher on moderate 
demand and light offerings.
